Davidson Theatre Drama Boosters
Hilliard Davidson High School Drama Boosters is a parent organization formed to support theatre education efforts at the school. Parents meet monthly during the school year to plan support for the school's productions, to staff fundraisers to support the program, to provide parental input regarding the theatre program, to advocate for theatre education both within our community and our state, and to allow parents to be involved with their children's interests. Membership is open to any parent of a Davidson theatre student - whether the student is a member of a theatre class, Drama Club, or Tech Crew.

Drama Booster Sponsored Events/Activities
Drama Boosters has many established events/activities throughout the school year. Additional events/activities are often added as appropriate or as needed. Traditionally, Boosters have provided the following assistance/support: concessions at all theatre events, chaperones for trips, costume construction, additional helping hands during Drama Camp & Improv Camp, dinner-and-a-play before the Saturday night performance of the spring musical, publicity, provision of food for induction/rehearsals, and good old-fashioned manpower when the program needed extra hands.
Additionally, Boosters have been very generous in its fundraising efforts on behalf of the performing arts program through funding furniture for the theatre classroom, wireless microphones, installation of two additional flylines above the stage, grid in the experimental theatre, sponsorship of students to festivals/conferences, etc. Over the years, Boosters have sponsored many improvements to our facilities that enhance our ability to continue to provide up-to-date theatre education programming and production.
